I have been through numerous updates and versions of RecTrac and they continue to improve and help for the betterment of the customer experience. It blows the competitors out of the water in being able to do so much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes it can be cumbersome with too much to do and is hard to onboard new staff who have no familiarity with it. Updated initial training guides online would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
