I appreciate the payment links and tracking the text-to-pay feature of Rectangle Health. It's helpful to know when a client opens my message because it tracks when a message is accessed by the patient. I think it would be really helpful if we could enter the client's name and amount due before they come in. That way, we could just click their name when it's time for them to pay, instead of having to enter everything manually while they're checking in, especially with a line of people. Maybe having a 'to collect today' tab where users can go in and choose the date of service and enter the client's name, date of birth, and amount due before the appointment could improve efficiency.
