It makes managing candidates and tracking communication straightforward, saving me time and simplifying the recruitment process. The interface is user-friendly, and having all information centralized boosts efficiency in day-to-day operations, making the recruitment workflow manageable and clear. One area that could be improved is the customization of some features. It would be helpful to have more flexibility in setting up workflows and reports to better match different recruitment processes. Also, the email sync with Recruitly works well except syncing tasks.
