What do you like best about RecruitiFi?

I love that there’s a platform like this that rewards quality over quantity.

The platform is very user-friendly and makes it easy to submit new candidates quickly. I also appreciate the specific pre-screening questions, which help ensure everyone is aligned from the start.

The pay-out process after I made a placement was smooth and didn’t interfere with onboarding at all. Whenever I had a question, I received an answer the same day.

There seems to be a strong focus on the healthcare industry, so if that’s your niche, this is a great place to shine.

If communication from the client side is slow, they typically assign a new contact in a timely manner or put the role on hold. That keeps everyone accountable and contributes to a consistently great experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RecruitiFi?

What problems is RecruitiFi solving and how is that benefiting you?

Agency recruiting is a highly competitive space, and it's not uncommon to lose out to firms that flood clients with 15–20 résumés in hopes that something sticks. This platform flips that model, rewarding quality over quantity. It allows us to focus on truly understanding the role and submitting the right candidates, not just the closest ones.

What’s even better is that it opens doors to companies we haven’t worked with before. It gives us the chance to present more opportunities to our candidates, helping them land great roles while expanding our reach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
