"Exceptional Onboarding and Support with Recruiterflow"

What do you like best about Recruiterflow?

Although we have only recently signed an agreement with Recruiterflow, our experience so far has already far surpassed what we experienced with our previous ATS, JobDiva.

Our sales representatives, Abhishek Chakraborty and Joy George, went above and beyond to ensure we fully understood everything Recruiterflow has to offer. We were especially impressed by the intuitive user interface and the platform’s overall workflow. They spent more than ten one-hour meetings with us, patiently answering every question and taking the time to understand our company’s specific needs. They were consistently attentive, responsive, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process.

We signed our agreement last week and have already met with Abhishek Satija, our Customer Success Manager, and Sunny Singh, who will assist us with the data migration process. Even at this early stage, we have experienced a level of communication and collaboration that we never had with JobDiva.

What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?

Since we have only recently signed our agreement and are still in the early stages of implementation, I have not encountered anything I dislike about Recruiterflow so far. Our experience has been very positive, and I look forward to seeing how the platform performs once our migration is complete and our team begins using it daily. What problems is Recruiterflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

With JobDiva, we have had to create numerous workarounds because many of our processes are manual, cumbersome, and time-consuming. Based on what we have seen so far, Recruiterflow’s automation capabilities and intuitive interface should significantly streamline our workflows and reduce repetitive administrative tasks. This will allow our team to spend less time managing tedious processes and more time recruiting, building relationships, and serving our clients and candidates.
