"I switched from Crelate to RecruiterFlow"

What do you like best about Recruiterflow?

I switched from Crelate to RecruiterFlow after evaluating four other ATSs. A few things really stood out to me. First, the service: the team is knowledgeable and easy to reach when I need help. Second, the platform’s layout is very well thought out, you can tell that sophisticated recruiters either built this ATS or had a strong influence on it. Third, the integrations with the tools I use most (LI Recruiter, etc.) have been vital to running a streamlined process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Recruiterflow?

No real dislikes so far. This is my first time switching from one ATS to another, and there is a lot of planning that goes into a move like this. It will likely take about eight weeks, but fortunately the RecruiterFlow team is doing the heavy lifting. The overall game plan feels straightforward and easy to follow. What problems is Recruiterflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

My main reason for moving is that Crelate doesn’t seem to view integration with LinkedIn as a core feature of its platform. When LinkedIn made changes that affected all external ATS Chrome extensions, the issue wasn’t resolved very quickly. It’s fixed now, but it only works on standard LinkedIn, not Sales Nav or LinkedIn Recruiter. By contrast, RecruiterFlow works incredibly well on both LinkedIn Recruiter and standard LinkedIn.
