Recruiterflow offers excellent functionality for my ATS needs. We’re a small, boutique recruiting firm in Northeast Ohio, and the platform is easy to search, with some excellent workflows built in. Setup is relatively quick, and the data migration team has been helpful and responsive.

The best thing about Recruiterflow (for me) is the staff. I’ve received great training and fast response times through online chat whenever I have a question. They also provide online tutorials, which makes it easier to keep learning as we go.

Recruiterflow also includes an AI tool that lets users create automated workflows that remove a lot of manual steps. This includes recording and summarizing phone calls and Zoom/Teams meetings, and then using that information to populate fields in the database.

They’re also in the process of integrating Claude.ai into their offerings. Overall, the people and the product are great, and it’s the best ATS I’ve used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I haven’t found any real downsides. That said, the online tutorials aren’t as helpful as I’d like, and the text in the screenshots is very small, which makes them hard to follow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
