I like Recooty for its AI-based ranking and comparison between candidates. It helps me by analyzing each candidate's resume and their answers, extracting specific capabilities which make it easier to narrow down the details. This feature simplifies comparing candidate experience and skills, which makes the hiring process much simpler. Also, the initial setup was incredibly easy, just taking 2 minutes.
