What do you like best about Recooty?

I like Recooty for its AI-based ranking and comparison between candidates. It helps me by analyzing each candidate's resume and their answers, extracting specific capabilities which make it easier to narrow down the details. This feature simplifies comparing candidate experience and skills, which makes the hiring process much simpler. Also, the initial setup was incredibly easy, just taking 2 minutes. What do you dislike about Recooty?

The MCP was promised in their roadmap but it's still not available as modern-day use cases require MCP and automation service. It should be made available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Recooty solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Recooty for specialized role hiring. It provides specialized tooling for specific talent and location-based roles.
