"Flexible, Intuitive Platform with Exceptionally Responsive Support"

What do you like best about Recollective?

Overall, I love the flexbility of the Recollective platform. I love how responsive the Help Desk is when it comes to programming. I recently worked with one of Recollective's onboarding specialist and was so impressed with her level of knowledge and interest in helping with analysis and reporting tools. I also love the interface and find it very intuitive to program activities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Recollective?

I wish that Recollective had an option that recorded individual and total time participants spend on the platform in a report format. This would help me better plan and manage expectations as well as incentives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Recollective solving and how is that benefiting you?

Recollective offers an online diary platform that allows me to use projective techniques for moderating. I love that I can program it myself or use their support if needed.
