What do you like best about Recite Me?

MND Australia has greatly appreciated working with Anneke, our dedicated Customer Success Manager. She was consistently attentive, always ready to help, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt supported and confident in the direction the Recite Me tool implementation was taking before, during, and after rollout.

We also found the development team very open to hearing our feedback about the tool and addressing any issues that came up during our testing phase.

Our implementation was likely more involved than most, as we tested the tool with our community to ensure the translations were suitable. Working in the health information space meant there was a comprehensive due diligence process we needed to undertake to confirm the tool provided accurate translations.

When we did identify potential translation issues, the development team moved quickly to resolve them.

What do you dislike about Recite Me?

We were hesitant about utilising AI for translations - primarily due to the accuracy factor - but our testing showed that it is quite a reliable tool and it is most definitely better than nothing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Recite Me solving and how is that benefiting you?

For our particular project, our focus was on making information about MND accessible to people whose first language is not English. However, our community also includes people who will benefit from the tool’s other accessibility features, including speech-to-text functionality and the reading tool options.
