The amount of time I am saving is crazy!!! Lucy is my new best friend. I handle all of my social media ads and advertising through her. It has literally saved me 10+ hours a week. I also use Lucy to do a STR newsletter which has saved me hours in research, probably about 10 hours, per monthly newsletter. The amount of publicity I am receiving has increased about 50x the amount I was doing before. I have not gotten into the rest of the programming available just yet. But, the tag option is a game changer, I simply add my newsletter people in tag STR Newsletter and save and I do not have to hunt for specific people, they are all right there.

The support I have received from Clair Barha is incredible. I contacted her after 6pm, her time on a Friday and she stopped everything to help me with my computer, it wasn't specifically a Rechat issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
