What do you like best about Rechat?

I love being able to eblast agents about properties, network with other agents through this feature, and personalize the emails I send to them. I also love the AI memo tool because it lets me record my notes and then automatically adds them to my contact’s notes field, where I can review them later and even send them to the client from the conversation if needed. The marketing material that’s automatically created when you list a home is another big plus, since it saves agents time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rechat?

It’s hard to say what I don’t like right now, because Rechat continues to improve week over week. They actively take feedback from users and look for ways to implement it, which keeps making Rechat better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rechat solving and how is that benefiting you?

For me, the biggest benefit is the automation that saves me time. Before, for things like wedding anniversaries, birthdays, and home anniversaries, we had to go in and set everything up manually, and it took a lot of time. Rechat makes it so these messages are automatically sent to the client, which saves us time.

With the agent network, we can quickly email agents not only within our network but also outside the state. That makes it easy to target the states we know clients are moving from, or to reach agents in the state we’re in just as quickly.

Another time-saver for me is being able to create a seller report and send it to the client, showing everything we’re doing to market and promote the listing. This can be done in a matter of seconds. Overall, the ease of Rechat means we spend less time on tasks and can focus more on our clients.

One other thing is that most CRM mobile apps are not user-friendly. With Rechat, you have the ability to run everything off your phone, which is a huge time saver. Now you don’t have to take your computer with you—you can run it all from your phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
