I was using a CRM that felt overly complicated, so I decided to try Rechat instead. I’ve found it very user-friendly, especially the app. I’m still learning a lot of cool things about Rechat, but so far I’m really impressed. I uploaded all my old contacts, added a few tags, and created a monthly market update that went out. After that, one of my past clients from 2012 reached out and asked me to come see her home and also help her buy a new one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I’m still exploring the app and attending the classes to learn more. I’m waiting for the capability to set up clients through an MLS search so I can track their favorites and show them homes that fit their criteria. Right now, that option isn’t quite ready, but Clair Barha with Rechat has been amazing and has said it’s coming, so I can’t wait! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
