What do you like best about Rechat?

Rechat has significantly increased the speed at which I can send emails and communicate with clients. It saves me a tremendous amount of time while still allowing me to personalize my messages. It's become an essential part of my daily workflow. yes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rechat?

One area for improvement would be email analytics. It can be difficult to determine exactly which recipient has opened an email, especially when sending messages to multiple clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rechat solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest benefit has been the time savings. Email campaigns, listing marketing, and client communications that used to take hours now take minutes. My only suggestion would be improving contact-level analytics so it's easier to identify exactly which clients have opened, clicked, or engaged with specific campaigns.
