**What do you like best about Recapped.io?**

At our organization, we use Recapped.io as part of the sales and post sales lifecycle. We started using it because we wanted to deliver a more consistent sales experience from start to finish. Recapped allowed us to map out that process and centralize communication between our team and stakeholders at our target companies. Once in place, Recapped enabled our Sales team to continue working seamlessly if someone was sick or needed to take time off. You can easily see where clients were in the sales process and you can even see how engaged those key stakeholders are. Finally, Recapped allows us to transition from our Sales Team to post-sales/Implementations with ease. Customer's simply continued accessing the same system they had been throughout the sales process (and also the same system they signed their contract in). Once a client was transitioned to Implementations, our team was able to chart out what we would need from our clients in order to deliver certain milestones on certain dates. Recapped also happened to integrate with Salesforce beautifully - both pulling and sending data to keep the opportunity up to date within that system.  

**What do you dislike about Recapped.io?**

Still nothing I can think of to improve. Maybe you could integrate with more software solutions but I'm not even sure I know the full capabilities there. 

**What problems is Recapped.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need a great deal of information from our clients before we are able to start implementing our software for them. Recapped allows us to meet with our clients and talk through action items then provide them with a list of what we still need from them afterwards. It's an easy way for sales and implementations to work together with our clients to ensure minimal headaches. The client has one place to reference their contract, their sales rep, their implementation team and anything we need from them.

Streamlined workspace and very easy to use, user friendly UX. Great customer support. Mark jumped on call during my onboarding with a new tech firm and walked me throug many of the carrots the software offers to streamline pursuits and make collaboration a breeze

this is not an easy one ot answer at this point in my use. the add content tab could be modernized

makes shariung recources and content used to create the business case easy. Very convenient for the prospective customer to share content with colleagues

**What do you like best about Recapped.io?**

Tons of things!

- Loved that the founder Mark was willing to get on, no cost, with me and make sure he understood my current task management, sales process, deal management and how the tool could help (even giving me pointers and tweaks on some of the workspaces I was creating).

- Love that you can hide what you don't want prospects to see so you can still keep organized with all the next steps but make it easy for them.

- Love that prospects or customers can get alerts on key items and that you get alerts when they complete.

- Love that you can create workspace templates to "rinse and repeat" best practice next steps.

- Love the dashboard, Salesforce integration and easier way to update next steps.

- Love all the objects you can add to a workspace to make it more custom.

- Friendly cost structure

- Quick to get ROI

**What do you dislike about Recapped.io?**

- Nothing huge - perhaps only thing I'd say is I think the UI can be modernized slightly on the workspace view.  BUT that's a ticky tacky thing and the feedback I was getting from my customers was positive.

**What problems is Recapped.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed a way to make sure I didn't miss key next steps and created a "duplicatable" process that didn't use up a ton of brain power.  I needed to have a better way to see where I was within milestones within deals so I wasn't "guessing" or "gut feeling" if the deal was going to close.

**What do you like best about Recapped.io?**

Recapped has been very useful as an organizational tool to manage complex, larger deals. It centralizes documentation and communication with the prospective client. This saves our prospects time in having to sift through emails to find relevant information. It provides a clean view of everything in one place and makes me, the seller, appear more organized and professional. This can help a lot to make an impression that we are most qualified and prepared to work with their organization.

**What do you dislike about Recapped.io?**

I'm using Recapped for my larger deals. I have not used it with smaller opportunities. However, that is more personal preference rather than what other people's realities will be.

Recapped is truly a full lifecycle tool for Sales and Client Success professionals. I've come to rely on Recapped during every phase of the Sales movement - sharing summaries of conversations, communicating next steps, providing resources. You can also chart engagement via this platform - a helpful way to know if your efforts are tracking with your prospects. This is a simple yet amazing tool that will allow you to come across as a subject matter expert.

In all honesty, I can't think of one thing that I dislike about Recapped.

**What problems is Recapped.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recapped allows me to create a singular environment for sharing resources and having a back-and-forth with my clients. It keeps us on the same page, and it keeps me informed as to how engaged/hot a prospective client truly is.

**What do you like best about Recapped.io?**

Simplicity and ease of use for both internal and customers. Receive a ton of engagement through PoC and sales engagements, much more than any other tool used previously. Super customizable and ability to hide tasks that are internal only.

**What do you dislike about Recapped.io?**

The only thing is when changing due dates it doesn't automatically re-arrange in chronological order. It's not that big of a deal and easy to manually drop.

Delivering a comprehensive mutual success plan for PoCs and contracting that allows collaboration and direct feedback from customers.

**What do you like best about Recapped.io?**

My favorite part about Recapped is the transparency that I have with me and the customer. During my first Welcome call, I have the Recapped all prepared with our onboarding schedule, action items between the calls, and a place for me to hyperlink any help documents or screen recordings. I use Recapped every day and the customer support has been great whether it comes to them training us or answering any questions that we had. There are tons of good features with many more to come I believe. We also have a very good integration with Salesforce to automatically bring in notes from the Salesforce opportunity.

**What do you dislike about Recapped.io?**

I honestly have not yet run into a downside. A few months ago there was a feature that I wish Recapped had, but I totally forgot what it was. I guess it was not too important. Recapped is great.

**What problems is Recapped.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recapped is helping us with our customer onboardings. I am a Customer Success Manager at a SaaS company, and we use Recapped during all of our onboarding calls to show our onboarding plan, what they should be working on in between calls, and to keep tab of screen recoridngs from all of our prior sessions.

Recapped.io is extremely user friendly & has truly helped our business in organizing our deals & holding ourselves & our prospects accountable to deal management. Not to mention, the onboarding & Sales process was top notch & the on-going communication & updates on the tool have been fantastic!

I don't dislike anything! Mark & his team are doing a great job at making product enhancements are quick as they can. They have taken our feedback & made changes quickly & I couldn't ask for a better experience.

The ability to have a well documented & outline plan to help hold our seller & prospect accountable to meeting deadlines to close deals. Often, we are not well informed as sellers on who the key stakeholders are, the process to buy, the red tape to get through & having that documented with due dates has been very helpful. Not to mention, a direct connection with Salesforce allows our sellers to not duplicate efforts in their Admin work.

Recapped is incredibly easy to use for both the sales team and the client. Taking what was once multiple email threads with links and attachments you hope get read - Recapped allows an interactive, single source of record for the client during their evaluation. It also works a great litmus test for engagement and knowing how serious someone is during the sales cycle.

**What do you dislike about Recapped.io?**

It can take a lot of time to customize your templates early on. There are lots of options and file types so you can get lost in the weeds trying to make things perfect.

Better way to engage and share information with decision makers. Eay tool to empower your champions to make business cases when you can't be part of their internal meetings.

Recapped.io is super easy to useand their support team is always there when you need them. It works like a charm with Salesforce, making everyday sales tasks smoother. It’s got all the tools we need to keep deals moving forward.

Love the way it professionalized my sales when I was a rep at Zoom. Used it frequently and easy to implement Value Selling.

Wish that it had a deeper integration with Google calendar.

It provides an easy space to tack all info elated to an opportunity. All docuemnts the client needs are in one place. You can set timelines that are clear to all to keep things on track, and assign tasks internally and externally to ensure things move along as needed.

It would be nice if the salesforce connection would be tied to the specific deal, so that when clicking to create a recapped doc from the salesforc opportunity it would already immediately populate with that opportunites info.

interactive spot where intrnal and external players involved in the sales cycle can share information, docuements, assign tasks. Keeps a pulse on where things are at so nothing gets missed or delayed.

**What do you like best about Recapped.io?**

We use recap in a unique way, it is forward-facing for how we plan and take notes for all of our sales calls. It displays the information we are looking to obtain as well as portray through the discovery call. With pre-set text boxes, you can fully configure templates and graphs and information which you can use very quickly to assemble an organized sales call. Whether it is the beginning of the sales process or mid-way through a POC review. This platform allows for all notes, segmentations, graphs, commitments and more to be professionally displayed.

**What do you dislike about Recapped.io?**

When you create a table, you can not configure it the same way as you would in an Excel file. Sometimes i need to be able to move things around without having to copy and paste everything a line lower.

Organizing all the notes and commitments from the client

**What do you like best about Recapped.io?**

We love using recapped from onboarding to customer success. It helped us move from spreadsheets to one central place for teams to track the progress of a new customer and a place to collaborate with our customers. For our customers we use it as an informational hub, keeping on going call notes, and tracking any special projects.

**What do you dislike about Recapped.io?**

As with all new companies and products, there are minor utilization drawbacks that can become monotonous. As we do use it more for account management there are marketing materials we upload and you can only upload one file at a time. Not a big deal, just extra clicks. Yet with every product release Recapped makes an effort to alleviate these pain points!

**What problems is Recapped.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us, Recapped is bridging the gap of putting everything in emails and spreadsheets. It provides a centralized place to leave notes on a customer as we can have multiple teams and people touching a customer at any point. It's also providing a place for resources that we want to share with our clients, yet not necessarily everyone. The commenting feature is so great to use for quick changes to customer content and just feels better going back and forth vs email.

The fact that it's available via the web browser and allows for easy access no matter where you are as long as you have an internet enabled device

When you see the comment that someone uploaded a file, you have to go to the actual section. It could be more helpful if you could access the file via the comment, or clicking on the comment brings you to the section where the file is located.

If you're working in client-focused positions, recapped is the way to go!

Recapped helps keep me organized to ensure that each of my clients' have a solid foundation during their onboarding process, and my clients love the fact that all important information is available for them in one place.

It's a one-stop shop for buyers. We no longer have to manage a long chain of multiple emails with different stakeholders.

I don't always feel that the engagement scores reflect the reality of the deal, but that's pretty impossible to measure

The allow me to create a "digital sales room" so I can keep my buyer aligned with our sales process (with dates and deadlines), as well as curate marketing materials, security docuemnts, and pricing plans all in one place.

It is very customizable and it is easy to get started. I also like how you can hide sections for the Presentation Mode.

I have nothing to complain about. It has been a very helpful tool for me thus far.

Recapped.io makes it easy to keep all of the information related to a deal in one place for stakeholders to review. It also keeps the mutual action plan front-and-center so nothing falls through the cracks.

I haven't come across much that I haven't liked about the platform.

A sales cycle often involves multiple stakeholders. However, they aren't always involved in every meeting or every email thread. Therefore, instead of emailing around transcripts, recordings, meeting minutes, and mutual action plans, Recapped.io gives us a central place to organize all of that information for everyone involved in the buying process on the client side.

**What do you like best about Recapped.io?**

It's super easty to use for my clients and it's really easy ot use for myself. We get really great insights into our deals and we're able to get real-time engagement which is evaluable. So far the feedback has been great!

I do not have any constructive critisicm at this time. Overall, everyone at my company and my clients love the user experience with Recapped. It was extremely well implemented and we look forward to continue using it.

It is an investment of time, especially up front, but it pays back by saving a tremendous amount of time throughout the selling cycle. It makes communication and collaboration so much more effortless than any other approach I've used in the last 20 years of selling technology to large enterprise companies.

Recapped makes it so easy for me to run my sales cycle. After the initial work of building out my templates for types of sales cycles, I pick one of those templates after a first call where an opportunity has been identified and begin filling in the blanks. I can reveal the necessary elements throughout the sales cycle just as they are required. So simple, smooth, and effortless.

Recapped's approach to Mutual Action Plans promotes transparency and accountability for internal and external stakeholders, helping to improve collaboration during your initial sales process, implementation, success planning, and renewal/expansion. Creating reusable templates is simple and they are easy to customize for each customer scenario. You're able to quickly understand the purpose of each previous interaction, identify gaps, agree to action items, and track progress to ensure alignment between customers and internal stakeholders. Managing pipelines becomes a lot easier when you're able to see what has already happened and what needs to happen to close more business, improve implementation, and grow your customers. The data mappings with CRM allows me to work out of Recapped and not have to worry about duplicate data entry in CRM.

**What do you dislike about Recapped.io?**

I really don't dislike anything other than creating templates. The template creation itself isn't hard, but it's a customer-facing asset, so gathering all of the resources you could possibly want to include takes time.

Recapped helps me quickly identify risk in my pipeline and allows me to prioritize my time where it is needed most. I leverage templates to create repeatable playbooks, making it simple to understand what recommendations I should make about action items and next steps. Nothing specific, however, would be great if it could use AI or something to capture notes or conversations, yet that is likely another tool.  Really, just a valuable tool versus sticky notes.

It replaces the need to have yellow sticky notes or even a notepad of handwritten scribble that you need to decipher later.  It is quick and easy to use during calls and to come back to and refresh your mind before the next meeting. Rather than using something like Asana for managing my internal tasks, I use Recapped to stay on track with all of my deals. It is a good a way to manage your steakholders as well, but adoption can be difficult depending on the industry.

It is very buggy. New product updates tend to be really slow, and there just are not enough integrations.

I can create templates to create new profiles for similar prospects quickly. Instead of starting from scratch, all I have to do is change a few titles and make sure my copy makes sense for that client. I also love that it tells me when someone logs in to view the collateral I provided.

Individual licenses don't allow you to see each section's engagement scores and how long someone viewed each item. It's frustrating that my company won't buy Recapped, and since I'm paying for it out of pocket, I don't get the product's full capabilities. It doesn't seem right.

The customer experience that we are able to provide to our clients from Sales to Onboarding to Customer Spport, on the Recapped platform is exceptional. The UX is user friendly and our customers don't need a technical background or PM background to use the Recapped. As we are building out our CX Program, having the platform be flexible with pre-built integrations (to CRMs, etc) allows for smooth handoffs between Pre-Sales and Post- Sales and creates a unified experience for the customer.

Nothing yet. Perhaps overtime certain processes can be automated to help better prompt clients as they are building out their onboarding processes.

On the customer success team, we like having the ability to share the onboarding process with customers externally while simultaneously having the option to make certain line items only visible to our team internally. From a CSM perspective specifically, this is very helpful for clear communication throughout the onboarding process. On a fundamental level, Recapped assists our onboarding process by explaining organizational goals and expectations. Recapped also helps our teams effectively communicate with colleagues, supervisors, and customers. Recapped will influence individual ownership and accountability during onboarding processes. Through Recapped, we can create a centralized source for onboarding processes, expectations, and materials to best support our customers. Integrations with partnered platforms would help our customers have more accurate engagement scores. Yes, we want to see that our customers are engaging with recapped while receiving onboarding information, but we also want to see if they are in our platform once we've given them access. This is especially helpful when trying to gain insight into the customer's investment in the platform during POV processes with sales. Since our service requires compliance from customers, it is important to know they are invested in the platform as a gauge for how the process of gathering official documents will be, as it can be a tedious process for our customers. I wish I could star workplaces that someone else has created as we collaborate with these lists across 3+ teams internally. My biggest fear in implementing this list system is that it will be too much to introduce not only 1 but 2 software systems simultaneously. However, as stated previously, Recapped design almost feels self-explanatory while creating new workflows.

Recapped is serving as a communication tool internally to streamline communication, processes, and expectations internally to create a smoother handoff from sales to CS. I love that Recapped is used as a central hub for anything the prospect will ever need. No more looking thru emails to see what was sent/wasn't sent. You can hide what isn't relevant for the time being, edit on the fly and track the prospect's activity. Easily shared with others, so everyone is on the same page and has access to the same information.

I can't think of anything that I dislike honestly. The solution is very easy to use and understand. Maybe the only thing I dislike is sometimes I can't tell who is reviewing content in Recapped but that doesn't happen often.

Usability, communication, internal collaboration. It made creating mutual action plans super easy and repeatable. I used Recapped religiously to effectively step mutual action plans with all of my prospects which resulted in hundreds of thousands of net new ARR for my book of business and organization. Recapped is super easy to use for both myself and the customer to have specific tasks completed, and I was constantly asked if this was our organization's product and where they could get something like this for their own sales team.

The only thing I didn't like was the navigation bar which was promptly updated and is much easier to use for my customers.

Recapped solves the main issue of communication between sales and prospective customers. This gave me and my team a consistent way of getting "buy-in" and interactivity from our prospects, ultimately making mapping out a specific sales timeline much easier for everyone involved. The Dashboard should have a list of items that are due today, tomorrow, and for the week. This would make it easier to see at a glance, what tasks need immediate attention.

Recapped.io is intuitive and easy to use. I love being able to see prospect engagement in real time. The library is super helpful, too, as far as creating new workspaces.

I can't think of any. I've only had one prospect (Fintech) say no to accessing Recapped.io, and that's because they're tightly locked down. And this isn't a dislike at all, but I can do a better job leveraging Next Steps and creating Mutual Action Plans, for example.
