What do you like best about Rebrandly?

I like how lightning quick the process is for Rebrandly. I take a link, I shoot it over, it becomes personalized to my business and I can see some snapshot insight. Sure, it's not ad agency robust, but I also own a small business. I can't afford massive pixel tracking operations. I need to know if x vs. y works better, then I can tie back to posts and see spikes or not. It's also clean to use. It's exactly what I was looking for in gaining a foothold for my business and I'm a happy user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rebrandly?

Of course like any service, it will start with a low rate and go up in price at renewal. I still have renewed because I've found it so useful. The reporting is not as user-friendly as the rest of the service. You need to know exactly the answer you're searching for. But I imagine they will be rolling out premade questions as they update. What problems is Rebrandly solving and how is that benefiting you?

A huge problem I had is what social medias would perform and what ones wouldn't. This helps me pinpoint by time of day. I then go into Twitter and check what worked. I can make my own insights on what person boosted it, but I can also see what things bomb at what times of day. After a few usages, I have narrowed my posts to what is successful and made that my new normal. Shocking no one, my business has improved because of that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
