They are former Amazonians who understand Amazon data opportunities and limitations and are able to explain in a clear manner. They are responsive and "get" what we are trying to do and able to run effectively with both loose and very specific instructions. I have a very limited IT team with zero Amazon & very little API experience who absolutely could not figure out the Amazon SAPI so enter Reason who provided an incredibly perfect OOTB report and was able to custom build different views that are vital to our business. The team is wicked smart and is great to work with - Andrew is an incredible talent. I cannot say enough how easy they have made working with this data and how they have been able to create custom reporting. There are no downsides whatsoever to using Reason. I'd like to see user management at little easier - add users & enable access, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
