What do you like best about Realm?

Realm’s one of those tools my team and I rely on without even thinking about it. It’s gone from “nice to have” to genuinely indispensable.

It stands out in how well it plugs into everything. It’s embedded across our systems, such as Slack, Zendesk tickets, Drive, and more. All information comes back with clear citations, which makes a big difference to us. You can see exactly where it came from and use it with confidence straight away.

The ability to create agents is simple and intuitive, and actually useful. You can set them up with time-based or action-based triggers so they’re working in the background without you needing to prompt them. Running a Support team, I now have Realm agents notifying me on Slack when tickets or incidents hit a certain set of criteria I’ve defined. I also get daily summary reports to keep me on top of anything noteworthy. That background work is where Realm really stands out for me.

When you do need outputs, being able to export directly into Word or Docs makes it easy to go from insight to something shareable without extra steps.

We work closely with the Realm team, and they’re incredibly responsive and quick to act on feedback. I'm very happy to endorse this product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Realm?

There’s nothing I dislike about Realm. That said, I’m looking forward to a few additions, like more best practices for agents and workflows, and a clearer feature roadmap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Realm solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest one is just finding information. Instead of jumping between Zendesk, Slack, docs, Jira, and trying to piece things together, I can get a complete answer in seconds. What used to take 30–60 minutes now takes a single query.

It’s also made a big difference in how I handle escalations. I can get full customer context straight away – history, sentiment, what’s already been tried, so I’m going into calls properly prepared.

Reporting is another big win. Things like QBRs, RCAs, and leadership updates that used to take days to pull together now come together in hours, and with better consistency.

It’s also really good at surfacing things you wouldn’t spot easily yourself, such as gaps in documentation, training needs, or identifying trends buried across hundreds of tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
