What do you like best about Realfinity Origination Platform?

In a word, simplicity. The platform is intuitive, which limits the amount of time you need to spend training to use it. Clients love it because the time line keeps track of progress and helps the borrower stay organized- which we all know is not always as easy as it could be. Saves so much time- which allows me to focus more on our primary business, Investment Real Estate - I can offer end buyers low rates, ease of execution and create a secondary revenue stream. Time kills deals and Realfinity's AI shortens timeline, no more labor intensive processing, they deliver quick analysis of income, credit and asset to make fast credit decisions for our clients. What do you dislike about Realfinity Origination Platform?

What problems is Realfinity Origination Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

For me it allows the client to own part of the process, they can see status in real time. They are reminded of tasks that need to be completed and it is very user friendly for them- easy upload of docs and it gives them a lockbox to store those docs for future use. We do flips in the Houston and DFW markets, when were are selling retail our affiliation with realfinity allows us to offer the most competitive products and rates while retaining control of the transaction. Buyer love it and so do we- the commissions are just another added value to our ROI. We think of Realfinity as the backbone of our mortgage business, their platform runs the factory that handles loan processing and underwriting all the way through funding!
