What do you like best about Real Geeks?

Real Geeks has become my go-to CRM for one simple reason — it actually does what it says it’ll do. It keeps my leads organized, reminds me who I’m supposed to follow up with before they forget who I am, and the automation is tailored perfectly to my needs.

The interface is clean, the drip campaigns are easy to tweak if needed, even the phone app is easy to use.

Is it perfect? Of course not. But it’s reliable, simple to use, and helps me close deals instead of drowning in spreadsheets. Customer support is amazing, too! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Real Geeks?

Honestly, there’s not really anything I dislike about Real Geeks. If I have to come up with something, it’s that it’s a little too good at keeping me accountable. Like, yes Real Geeks, I know I should follow up with that lead… I was just trying to enjoy my coffee first. But really, it’s solid, it works, and it hasn’t given me any reason to complain, which makes this the most boring “dislike” section ever. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Real Geeks solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keeping track of way too many leads coming from way too many places. Before this, I was juggling texts, emails, sticky notes, and random screenshots like a crazy person. The follow-up reminders keep me on track, the automation keeps people warm while I’m running around town, and the website tools pull in new leads without me having to reinvent the wheel every day.
