What do you like best about ReadySetAuction?

I liked that it's streamlined, user friendly, and has a lot of great features and capabilities - even for the lowest tier of subscription. It doesn't have too many extra bells and whistles, but still advanced in what it can produce for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ReadySetAuction?

There is a lack in customizability, and some features were not applicable to our auction so we had to work around those or ignore certain fields in the system because we weren't going to need those fields. Otherwise not too many complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ReadySetAuction solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solved our problem of needing a streamlined, central system to log the auction winnings at our annual gala. It also solved our major problem of needing to store a guest's credit card upon check-in, so we didn't need to chase anyone down for checkout. their card was already on file. That was a life saver and made my job so easy this year! A big benefit was allowing guests to be able to just leave the event, and I could run checkout from my desk on Monday and make sure it all looked correct. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
