"Streamlined Sales Calls with Efficient Script Display"

5/5

What do you like best about Readymode?

What I like most about Readymode is how it brings together several tools I use every day into one platform, which makes my workflow faster and more organized. The auto-dialer, script display, customer profiles, calendar scheduling, and the built-in calling and email features are especially valuable.

For instance, the auto-dialer saves me time by cutting down on manual dialing, so I can focus more on actually speaking with customers. The script display is also extremely helpful because it keeps my conversation guide right in front of me while I’m on a call. That makes it easier to follow the right talking points, stay consistent, and avoid missing important details.

I also rely on the customer profile display regularly. Having a customer’s information visible while I’m speaking with them helps me quickly understand their situation and keep the conversation more personal, instead of constantly switching between different screens or systems.

The calendar scheduling feature makes it simpler to manage appointments and follow-ups, and the calling and email tools let me handle different types of customer communication from the same place.

One unexpected benefit I’ve noticed is that having both the script and customer information available together makes me feel more confident during calls. I spend less time searching for what I need and more time engaging with the customer. Overall, Readymode helps me save time, stay focused, and manage more customer interactions efficiently. What do you dislike about Readymode?

One area where I think Readymode could improve is performance. I occasionally experience sudden call disconnections, which interrupt conversations with clients and sometimes force me to reconnect or restart the interaction. Better connection stability would make the calling experience far more reliable.

The UI/UX could also be more flexible. The interface feels somewhat limited in terms of available options, and more customization and improved navigation would make it easier to adapt the platform to different workflows.

I’d also like to see stronger AI capabilities. Right now, the AI doesn’t offer much real-time assistance during conversations. For example, it would be helpful if the AI could automatically switch to the appropriate script based on what the customer is saying and suggest relevant responses to the agent. Real-time captions or CC while the customer is speaking would also be useful, both for clearer understanding and to ensure important details aren’t missed.

On the integrations side, adding WhatsApp support would be a valuable improvement. Customers could send their information directly through WhatsApp instead of having to spell out details over a phone call, which could reduce misunderstandings and make communication more convenient for both agents and customers.

From a pricing and ROI perspective, these improvements would increase the platform’s value. Better reliability, stronger AI assistance, and additional communication channels could help agents handle more conversations efficiently.

Finally, stronger onboarding and support around new features would help. Clear guidance on how to use advanced features and integrations could make it easier for users to get more value from the platform. Overall, Readymode has useful core features, but improvements to stability, UI flexibility, integrations, and real-time AI assistance would make it a much more powerful solution. What problems is Readymode solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Readymode, managing calls, customer information, callbacks, and follow-ups required more manual work and made it easier to miss important customer details. We struggled with keeping the calling process organized while also making sure customers received timely follow-ups.

With Readymode, the auto-dialer and automatic connection features allow me to move from one customer to the next without manually dialing every number. This reduces wasted time between calls and allows me to spend more of my working time actually speaking with customers.

The callback reminder feature has also improved my follow-up process. Instead of relying on memory or separate notes, I can keep track of customers who need to be contacted again. Call transfers make it easier to connect customers with the right agent or department, while the email feature allows me to follow up without switching to another platform.

The script display and customer profile are particularly helpful during calls. Before, I had to spend more time remembering talking points or looking for customer information. Now, I can see the script and relevant customer details while having the conversation, which helps me stay on track and provide a more personalized experience.

Overall, Readymode has reduced manual tasks, improved my organization, and made customer interactions smoother. The biggest benefit is that I can spend less time managing the process around each call and more time engaging with customers. While I don't have an exact percentage for the time saved, the automation noticeably reduces the amount of repetitive work involved in my daily workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
