What do you like best about Readymode?

The best thing i experience while I'm dialing is Auto answering when receiving calls so i don't have to use the mouse a lot and click each and every time i get a call unlike another Dialer i was using in my previous job that's really quicker and help me get more leads Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Readymode?

The thing I dislike most is when I transfer a call to our licensed agent while I still have the customer on the line. Once I connect the agent, all three of us are on the same line, and the ringing sound is really annoying and bothers customers. I also can’t speak with them while the connection is happening, because the ringing makes it difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Readymode solving and how is that benefiting you?

it solves the problem of manual answering of the calls so it saves a lot of time and help me achieve more transfers and for sure that affects the ROI and help me to give better performance and ranking in the team plus

- the call logs is very helpful and specially when i put a wrong disposition i can go back to the logs and put it right so that gives me better Quality profile and when i go onboarding for reviews i get really good feedback

- if there is any integration i would suggest is adding a list of call backs that's gonna be very helpful as I've integrated the dialer with Notion to keep track of all my transfers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
