Its usage of AI to create interviews that act as surveys to reveal the real idea about customer behaviour and the motive behind their decisions. It helps me understand what customers need and eliminates the hurdles faced in getting repeat orders and create a better strategy to sell products more efficiently. What do you dislike about ReadingMinds?

High dependence on customer participation and their answers, some customers are reluctant to complete AI interviews and may not answer the questions properly that can deviate the summarization and it can be a bit hard to identify the underlying issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ReadingMinds solving and how is that benefiting you?

ReadingMinds makes it possible to solve the problem of figuring out why my retail sales stall, if any hesitation arises in the chain, why did it arise and allows me to formulate the strategy accordingly. The use of ai interviewing helps gather the data from the customer end and helps me understand the challenges faced, the preferences and identify the key areas for improvement. It makes inquiries fast and less time consuming as a single link with good participation can save a lot of man power required for physical inspections and visits.
