What do you like best about ReadingMinds?

I like that it feels more like a real conversation than a normal survey. The AI asks follow-up questions based on my answers, so I can explain my thoughts properly instead of just choosing fixed options. What do you dislike about ReadingMinds?

Sometimes the conversation can feel a little repetitive, especially when the AI asks similar follow-up questions. I also felt that some of the insights could be explained a bit more clearly so it’s easier to understand why the AI reached a particular conclusion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ReadingMinds solving and how is that benefiting you?

It makes customer research much easier and less time-consuming. Instead of going through a lot of survey responses manually, I can get more detailed feedback through natural conversations and quickly see the main patterns and opinions.
