**What do you like best about Reachdesk?**

Reachdesk has some really useful elements that we utilise. 

We find that using Reachdesk's warehouse storage and distribution makes it so much easier for us to store and quickly deliver swag to our events, this is something we use all the time. 

The marketplace is a good option for when when we want to send something special to attendees of more intimate events, we find the uptake on gifts like these is pretty good, although this is something we do more infrequently. 

We have recently created a company specific landing page that our BDRs can use to send out to prospects, which we are going to start using. That process was really easy and the team were very helpful in getting that set up.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

We have found it difficult to engage our BDRs in using the platform to send gifts, although there is potential there, they have struggled to see success in sending personalised gifts from the marketplace.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reachdesk makes the process of sending company swag and personalised gifts much quicker and streamlines that process.

I love how easy it is to send a reachdesk gift right out of Salesforce with the plugin. There's a little purple button and it's super easy/quick to send items. Really good platform!

Having to find correct email address to send something.

It helps to illicit a response when prospecting. It's also nice for customer appreciation.

Not much. I would prefer the settings to show ALL sends versus the last 30 days as standard.

My favorite part of the plethora of options to choose from without having to go procure different vendors myself. It's all available within an easy to use platform that even my elderly parents could figure out. It was also a seamless integration to get it implemented in salesforce as well.

Nothing comes to mind yet. There have been many gifting platforms come and go and Reachdesk is the most comprehensive solution.

We use reachdesk as a prospecting tool to gain attention. The executives we are going after are busy and receiving a gift makes them pause to understand who and why they received their gift.

I love that reachdesk makes it so easy to send out customer gifts and enables me to quickly send a variety of options to customers and prospects all over the world. I also love how there are so many different options, but that ultimately customers get to pick what they want.

I wish that it allowed me to make one campaign and change the currency based on the person's country. Having so many different campaigns gets confusing at times.

I love how easy it is to use, and I really appreciate the options they provide. It genuinely helps boost my px engagement and makes it simpler to get the results I’m looking for. Its also super easy to do holiday gifting and makes it way less stressful!

I dislike that it takes a bit of time to send multiple Reachdesk gifts to people, especially when I’m trying to make them more personalized.

It is helpful to have tools at your disposal to help enrich the client experience. As the (business) world has become more expanded, more remote, Reachdesk helps to close those created gaps, whether by electronic gifts or branded company items.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

The sole "dislike" that I have is the inconsistencies with templates (sometimes client's names are or are not automatically input in the header/footer), but the detail is so minor, I do not think much of it.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reachdesk helps to foster client relationships, which would otherwise be weakened. To enhance my presence within my company's ecosystem, it helps to maintain visibility within their perception of how well things are going within their experience, overall. What could be thought of as small gifts/tokens, often come across as invaluable tools in enriching the client's sentiment, with minimal effort exerted.

Reachdesk has great customer support. I like the breadth of the different gifting options there are - from custom gifting and curated packages to the marketplace and digital gift cards. It also makes sending gifts really easy, even when you don't have the recipients address.

There isn't much to dislike at this point - I would still consider myself relatively new to the platform.

The simplicity and ease of being able to send rewards and gifts to people, in an instant!

They are a little limited in reward options for further away countries, but this is something I know they are keen to amend. I would also like reward vouchers to be able to be split across multi retailers if a larger reward amount, however I believe this is also being looked into.

The ability to instantly reward both our internal teams and resellers has been extremely valuable.

Reachdesk is super helpful with sales and creating relationships with prospects. It's really easy to use with it's chrome extension and it integrates well with Salesforce and Salesloft. Our team uses it on the daily and we often times will create specific landing pages for campaigns to make it more personalized - you really can do a lot with it.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

This could just be an admin or plan issue but it's tricky to send things to less common areas but we usually get around that by sending a virtual mastercard.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For BDRs, it can sometimes be tricky to get the prospect to actually show up to the meeting so we usually send a quick coffee voucher as a reminder that we'll be meeting. Mid cycle, if the prospect shares something personal than we send something really personalized so they know we're listening and that helps to create trust. At the end of the sales cycle, we'll send a thank you gift to further continue building that relationship.

I like that there are options for items right out of the box for quick fulfillment or I can work with the team and get some items sourced and created custom.

I like that I can use it for event storage too - so we ship items to our events straight from and back to reachdesk rather than our own storage space.

**What do you dislike about Reachdesk?**

There is some annoying campaign functionality that makes it multistep to send something out. So I have to create a campaign, then I have to reference that campaign in a send. Can't go straight to sending.

The cost of shipping out an entire sku can be massive. so heaven forbid you leave Reachdesk, you are going to have a huge cost to get items shipped out.

A glitchy platform does not leave you feeling confident.

Had many sends just not get sent by the warehouse.

Lots of lost inventory when switching warehouses.

We use Reachdesk to help us open doors that might be closed at that time. That helps us appreciate customers or even gain new conversations. It also helps us with event support. That event support enables us to ship swag, banners, table cloths, etc all from one spot.

Over the last year, Reachdesk has increased the offering in terms of e-gifts and merchandise and made the gift sending experience even easier with pre-filled data and info.

Shipping costs have increased, but in line with market developments.

It solves the manuall pick, pack and ship of merchandise to our partners accross EMEA. Before, this was done manually and cost a lot of time. Now, we have all the merchandise stored at Reachdesk and can be dispatched within a minute, PLUS providing a seamless gifting experience. The integration with Marketo makes it also more relevant for the business as campaigns are triggered automatically.

Reachdesk allows our team to prospect more creatively and reach our prospects in different and unique ways than before. I appreciate the variety that Reachdesk offers.

It is a bit more "advanced" than other gifting tools, so sometimes it can be tricky to use. For example, the SDRs on our team use a more simple tool with easy to follow UX/UI that makes sending gifts almost automatic.

**What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reachdesk has expanded our gift-giving options. The GTM team has been able to think more creatively as a result of Reachdesk and are able to more closely connect the prospects they are chasing with personalized incentives. This has led to increased engagement from prospects who might have otherwise been "checked out."

Reachdesk has also allowed us to reach prospects in a wider variety of regions and countries. This makes it super simple for the team to incentivize prospects at scale because they are not worried about whether they are able to send a gift to a prospect outside of the US.
