Recommendations to others considering Reachdesk: I think this is a delightful customer engagement platform. They work hard with you to incorporate the strategies, initiatives, and swag you already have to simply make your life easier and your customer relationships much sweeter. It's quite fun! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Reachdesk solving and how is that benefiting you? They are solving a problem for me that I didn't even knew existed! My customer interaction is often with the front-line clients who may not feel heard. Reachdesk initiated a bridge between me and them to build rapport, trust, and further engagement because I can help incentivize them to think about their interaction with my product and create a super positive touchpoint with it.
