What do you like best about REACH Media Network?

The initial setup went smoothly, and the tutorials were very helpful. They also share information about updates and have asked for feedback. I appreciate that they’re actively seeking customer opinions on upcoming features, which is really helpful. I can log in just once or twice a week and schedule everything without any hassle. They also recently added a cool feature with special content from the Olympics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about REACH Media Network?

The basic programming was easy to follow, but since I’m not trained in CSS, I did run into some issues with the more complex layouts. There have been a few minor glitches along the way, but nothing too inconvenient. When I have questions or run into problems, I usually get prompt attention, although there are times when communication isn’t as clear as it could be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is REACH Media Network solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously, we relied on a bulletin board covered in printouts that took a lot of time to update and quickly became outdated. With REACH signage, we can share current, up-to-date information with our employees whenever we need to. It’s very easy to make changes and keep everyone informed without the hassle of constantly replacing paper notices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
