The most helpful thing about Re-Flow is having information in one place, making it easier for our site teams and office to stay connected. It helps us capture site records, monitor safety and quality, report incidents and track corrective actions. This gives us better visibility of what is happening across jobs and helps us identify and address issues sooner.
The main upsides are less paperwork, clearer communication and more consistent records. Having information readily available makes it easier to review performance, provide evidence for clients and audits, and share lessons learned to improve how we work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main downside is the time needed to set up and maintain the system so it works for our processes. Its usefulness also depends on everyone entering information accurately and promptly. We would welcome simpler ways to update records when it has to be put in multiple places, thus helping reduce administration for both site teams and the office.
