Payment success rate is the standout feature. Running at 93-94% consistently over 10 months. Tested instamojo for 2 months before this, success rate was around 80-82%. On my ₹3L monthly volume that 12% difference was ₹36,000 in failed transactions every month. Whatever i was saving in lower TDR fees was getting wiped out 20 times over. Dashboard has become very cluttered. They keep adding new products and features but the core interface is suffering. Finding basic settings takes more time then it should for experienced users also. Needs a cleanup badly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
