What do you like best about RAVE Alert?

Rave Alert allows us to create predetermined alert templates for many different potential emergencies. Students get automatically registered into the system once they register as students, and the institution does not have to have a dedicated person to populate and register students. What do you dislike about RAVE Alert?

So far every thing is good with our system. If i had to choose, we have to manualy delete graduating seniors of transfer student every semester is one thing that i dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
