What do you like best about rater8?

What do you dislike about rater8?

It's not a dislike- our practice just wishes we could add a "how did you hear about us" question to the review email. No complaints at all we love working with Rater8! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is rater8 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rater8 helps us to generate positive reviews and compete with two very large hospitals in our area as a small privately owned practice. They are also helping the SEO of our website and allowing us to gain traction by having our doctors show up in the google AI overview when searching for certain terms!
