What do you like best about RateManager?

Rate Manager is a very useful tool for properties, helping them to stand out in the competitive market. It allows them to set attractive prices, which will help them gain more guests to book with them. Also, that tool is used a lot in hotels in the UK and USA nowadays. I like it because it helps both the traveler and the property managers set prices easily. For guests, it provides better offers and comparable prices and makes it easy for customer support to handle. What do you dislike about RateManager?

I don't really have a dislike about this tool, except that it is not that useful when it comes to situations like fully booked hotels and non-refundable bookings which the guests didn't show up for, for any reason. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RateManager solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's replacing the manual price editing time and effort, making it easy and quick to reflect on the websites of the travel agencies along with the hotel systems at the same time with almost no complexity and it's reliable, of course it benefited me, saving a lot of effort on me, the agent that works in the customer support field as well, minimizing the margin of errors and mistakes the manual system could lead to.
