What do you like best about Rate My Resume?

As a Human resource representative Rate My Resume has completely changed how our company handles recruitment. Instead of Spending hours manually browsing to our job post on different platforms, and screening every application. We can now quickly assess each resume quality in one tool. This tool help us identify strong candidates faster and ensures us that we are not overlooking qualified applicants.

One thing I love about Rate my resume is the convenience it offers to us. It is so easy to use and we don't need to be tech-savvy just need to navigate the platform, just setup the job post and the automatically the resume that is most compatible with it will show. What do you dislike about Rate My Resume?

Honestly, Everything in Rate My Resume is perfect except that it lack of integrations with other tools we use in HR Deot. It will be great to see direct connections with ATS Platforms, or even cloud/drive services to make it easier to manage and store the applicant's resume. Right now, I have to manually download the resume and move then between systems, which isn't not a big of a deal but definitely adds extra steps to our workflow. If they implement this, it would be an absolute powerhouse for HR employee like me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rate My Resume solving and how is that benefiting you?

This tool has help us a lot in our department, specifically in our workflow. Rate My Resume allowed me to scale my job without sacrificing quality. Before having this tool, I had to spend way too much time manually checking applicant's resumes. Now, I can deliver my report more faster and serve a more insightful feedback to my boss and I can also focus on the job search and hiring process.
