What do you like best about Rasayel?
The HubSpot integration makes it easier for me and my team, and of course the continuous support from the Customer Experience team. Reem has been handling my issues seamlessly for the longest time, and Alexandra has also been a huge help for myself and my co-workers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Rasayel?
Exporting the kind of data that I want, from a chatbot or a report for example. I also can't create a custom report if I wanted to.
On another note, we don't get Meta's "appointment requests", so it's like we're ignoring people sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
