What do you like best about rasa.io?

I really appreciate how rasa.io's AI-powered personalized content curation transforms our newsletter management for facility service clients. Since we lack dedicated content writers, it's a lifesaver for our small team. The tool automatically selects relevant industry content and tailors emails based on each recipient's reading history, which drastically reduces the time I spend compiling newsletters. I love that the platform adjusts content specifically for each subscriber group, enhancing our email performance with higher open and click rates. This feature keeps our brand top of mind without treating our messages as junk. Not needing extensive technical skills to set up the automated process is another huge plus, especially since it keeps our client nurturing consistent throughout the year. What do you dislike about rasa.io?

The lead segmentation rules in rasa.io are far too limited for our facility services outreach. We regularly need to build multi-condition filters to target clients accurately but the platform only supports a single filtering condition at one time, and it does not allow stacking multiple rules together. Every month, I have to export the entire subscriber list as a CSV file, clean up the data and create the precise segmented group in Excel, then reupload the filtered list back into the campaign. This repetitive export, sorting and re-import process takes extra time out of my weekly schedule. With our small marketing workload, this becomes a regular bottleneck and keeps our client retention campaigns from running fully on autopilot. We run rasa.io alongside several other business platforms, but there is no native sync between the tools. I have to manually download documents and attach them one by one to our email campaigns instead of embedding direct file links automatically. Without a direct integration, I cannot push fresh leads straight into our email nurture sequences automatically. I am forced to export and reimport contact batches repeatedly.
