Describe the project or task Rare Crew helped with:

Our goal was to create a platform on the Internet where fair and social-minded employers could find potential employees amongst our clients, which are homeless people that are discriminated because of their social status. We believe that this project has great potential to succeed and we hope that this pilot project will be disseminated to our partner organizations within the EU. What do you like best about Rare Crew?

They understood the deeper meaning of the goal and therefore tried to make the website as good and effective as possible. I also recognize the personal contribution as the creators tried to understand with the position of social service providers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rare Crew?

Nothing. I think that everything went very smoothly. We were able to set up communication channels together so that I could understand them and they could understand me. They adapted their IT speech so that an "ordinary person" could understand them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rare Crew solving and how is that benefiting you?

Unfortunately, these are difficult questions for me to answer. I would rather write here that I really appreciate that I wasn’t involved with the technical information because I wouldn’t understand it at all. I am glad that what I needed to understand was also explained to me according to my skills. A video tutorial and a text manual on how to proceed is all I needed to know, and it was nicely prepared for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
