Their expertise in AWS is valuable, as they manage all aspects for us, offering both fully managed services and hybrid models. RapidScale's flexibility in allowing us to use their services as we need—whether fully managed or just certain features—is great. The features they offer are up to date and very useful, including rightsizing tools to manage AWS costs. We are satisfied with their overall services. They are a full-service provider, and the more resources we manage with them, the better the cost averages. They are always responsive, whether it's a production issue or a lower priority one.
