What problems is RapidScale solving and how is that benefiting you?

RapidScale helped us transfer all of our data from our old service provider, who went out of business without letting us know or providing a way to transfer our data and IT management services to a new provider, even though they knew this could put us in a very difficult position. RapidScale stepped in and, with very limited access to information from the old provider, essentially took over the transfer process. Their support was invaluable in keeping our day-to-day operations going. This is an update to an earlier review as of November 5th, 2026. RapidScale is now an integral part of our team! Always a phone call or a chat away when we need them. We have not encountered any hiccups or any issues that could not be resolved with in minutes. Our data is safe and secure and their services simply work; and work simply! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
