I like that RapidIdentity is an easy platform to use. It's helpful to log into the site and access any software for which my LEA has a license. It's quick and simple! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing that bothers me about RapidIdentity is that you don't stay logged on for long before the system automatically logs you out. Then with some software programs, you have to manually log out of RapidIdentity and then log in again before being able to access the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
