What do you like best about Rapid Translate?

Senior employees used to squander dozens of hours copying and pasting international vendor contracts and guest feedback logs into Web Translator.

For our property management staff, who only needed fast and precise information to update the local SOP, this presented a significant challenge.

* Multi-page PDF files are handled directly by the batch upload system without crashing or displaying formatting faults.

*As a result, switching between Word and an external translation program is no longer necessary.

What do you dislike about Rapid Translate?

The platform needs an inbuilt custom glossary function for specific terminology related to hospitality and the internal brand. Our team already performs consistency checks on long-term projects even though we can’t lock anything brand-level in advance. Recommendations to others considering Rapid Translate:

Trial run your most complex documents early on. If your docs contain heavy graphics or complex tables, create an internal workflow to have someone check the final output formatting before it goes live to the rest of the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rapid Translate solving and how is that benefiting you?

Management hours and labour spent on admin/translation work at a high cost. The time taken to process regional compliance documentation has significantly reduced due to the move to Rapid Translate.
