What do you like best about Rapid Global?

Rapid Global is very user-friendly and makes it easy to manage contractors, inductions, and compliance in one place. The dashboard is clear, the notifications are reliable, and the automated workflows save a lot of time. It centralises information that would otherwise be spread across emails or spreadsheets, which helps reduce errors and makes compliance much smoother to manage. What do you dislike about Rapid Global?

Some areas can feel a bit slow or unintuitive, especially when searching for specific contractors or documents. Certain functions require multiple steps that could be more streamlined, and occasionally the system times out or lags. What problems is Rapid Global solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rapid Global helps streamline contractor management, safety compliance, and induction processes, which used to be time-consuming and difficult to track. By centralising all contractor documents, licences, insurances, and inductions in one platform, it removes the risk of missing critical compliance requirements. It also improves visibility across sites, reduces manual follow-ups, and ensures only fully compliant contractors can attend site.
