What do you like best about Ranketta?

We use Ranketta to measure our visibility in AI search by tracking how our products actually show up (or don’t) when people ask tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, for recommendations in our category. Before using it, we didn’t have a reliable way to tell whether AI assistants were even aware of our products, much less whether they were recommending them over competitors. What do you dislike about Ranketta?

What problems is Ranketta solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Ranketta, we had almost no visibility into how AI search tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews were describing or recommending our products. With a growing share of buyers using AI somewhere in their purchase journey, that lack of insight was a real blind spot for us.

Ranketta closes that gap at the product level, not just the brand level. It shows which specific products AI tools recommend versus overlook in category searches, which domains get cited so we know where to focus our content efforts, and it flags product data like titles and descriptions that’s worth revising to improve how AI systems represent us.

The benefit has been simple and clear: we finally have visibility into a channel we were previously flying blind on, along with actionable next steps instead of just another report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
