"RallyUp Handled all the Elements of our Fundraiser Seamlessly"

What do you like best about RallyUp?

My organization setup a fundraising page on RallyUp for an in-person benefit. We had been looking for a platform that could handle ticket and table sales, straight donations, both an online silent and in-person live auction, and a live fund-a-need drive, and we were so pleased that RallyUp could do it all! What do you dislike about RallyUp?

We took advantage of the chat help when we needed a quick answer or to troubleshoot, the only drawback is that it was not available during the event itself as it was on a Saturday evening, after business hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RallyUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

Downloading reports from the event was a breeze. I was worried that follow-up to receive payment for the live auction and fund-a-need would be difficult, but it went pretty smoothly using the email tools that the RallyUp platform has built-in and also being able to automatically charge cards on file.
