The scheduling is the easiest I have worked with to date, cutting and pasting or dragging and dropping is so easy. The ability to monitor metrics with yellowfin is wonderful. The screens when typing a note or eval may look a little "dated" but they don't operate that way and so functionally it doesn't feel dated, but the first glance to a new clinician it may seem less streamlined but it really allows for necessary customization to keep folks happy once they actually use the product I believe.
