Raintree Systems provide an incredible product for clinical practices. From front office, administration, rcm, and clinical, it provides a complete product. What I like best of all is its customizability. This is a core tenet of the software, which lends itself to the very complex landscape and dynamic needs of its customer base. The biggest struggle is the slow turn around of support needs. Most of the development efforts are going towards the new stacks, new developments, and the big shiny AI features.
