"Rainforest’s Simple No-Code UI Makes Onboarding Fast and Easy"

5/5

What do you like best about Rainforest QA?

I really like that Rainforest is no-code. It means anyone who joins the team can be onboarded easily and quickly. That reduces the training overhead, and the learning curve is very small. Unlike other tools, I haven’t been able to find one that’s as simple and easy to use. The UI is straightforward as well, so it’s easy to find what you need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rainforest QA?

I struggle quite a bit with the AI features. They often feel slow and somewhat fickle, and I’m not always sure what they’re expecting from me. It would really help to have clearer guidance on what makes a strong prompt, plus a few templates or concrete examples that demonstrate how to use these features effectively and more consistently. What problems is Rainforest QA solving and how is that benefiting you?

We’re a small team and don’t have dedicated QA testers. RainforestQA gives us the ability to automate QA so we don’t have to manually run these tests on a regular basis. It provides the assurance we need to ship changes without constantly worrying about serious regressions in our core, most important features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
