What do you like best about Rainex?

I am delighted with their reminder system. It's a godsend. When you have a large number of customers, it's really hard to keep track of all of them paying their invoices on time. Rainex's reminder system not only sends reminders, but also allowed us to customize the number and frequency of those reminders. What do you dislike about Rainex?

What problems is Rainex solving and how is that benefiting you?

When we realized that we were starting to lose money due to invoices not being paid on time, we started looking for a solution that would allow us to automatically collect money from clients or remind them in advance to make payment. Very often it happens that a client can pay an invoice a week late and not pay during these 7 days. And if there are a lot of such customers, the amount of lost profit becomes very significant. Rainex helped to switch some customers to auto-payment, which reduced the number of unpaid invoices by almost 97%. Those customers who did not link a payment card and paid by invoices sent to them receive several reminders about the need to pay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
