They try to give the solution to any ticket raised as early as possible. Talking about the performance, the detection method is embedded with machine learning and artificial intelligence, which provide the best security as it suddenly detects any unusual behavior that can harm the website or server. It is all done by making a unique signature for every user who visits the website. The scanning and detection are done in real time, taking place continuously, providing the best security. The reporting is very simple, and we can not modify it according to custom use cases. The report generated from it is fundamental to the limited use case. The dashboard also needs more features and functions to make it more interactive and user-friendly. It is an area of improvement. Talking about the pricing, it is an expensive product and can not be used by small organizations. It should be more affordable because many bot manager solutions are available in the market at affordable pricing. Sometimes we have detected that it blocks the good bots and friendly crawlers, which are helpful for websites as they collect data for information building. What problems is Radware Bot Manager solving and how is that benefiting you? Radware bot manager helps our organization to filter out the bad bots and block them in real-time. If someone tries to enter through the proxy or VPN, it detects the bad traffic and blocks them, which helps to prevent the server and website from any malicious traffic and helps to keep it live continuously. Since the implementation, the bot attacks have been zero. The solution is very robust and helpful. Our primary use case was to get protected from unwanted bot attacks and spam traffic because they used to choke the network bandwidth and block websites for some time, and make them unresponsive. This solution is best as we did not encounter any downtime since implementation. We have attained maximum ROI from this product, and it has been proven very profitable for our organization.
