What do you like best about Raaft?
I love that after initial setup Raaft runs in the background automatically saving our customers from churn. The ability to set our own paths to send churned users down, and sign-post materials and tactics to retain them is very useful at producing a positive ROI in our business. What do you dislike about Raaft?
Nothing - excited to see what new features they add around spotting potential churn. Some direct integrations to our CRM and Slack would be nice too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
